Data and purposes
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email, message and any optional details you provide (phone and company), together with the request type and language. We use them to respond and handle your request, including any pre-contractual steps you ask for. We do not use them for newsletters or advertising.
Browsing and security
The infrastructure receives technical data, such as your IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the site. The form limits submissions by temporarily keeping the IP address in memory for a 10-minute window; it does not store messages in a site database. To suggest the initial language we use only the approximate country already provided by Cloudflare, not GPS, city or coordinates. The site does not store the country.
Legal bases and optional information
Contact requests are handled to respond to your initiative and any pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); site security relies on the legitimate interest in protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional language storage depends on your choice, which can be withdrawn here. Your name, email and message are needed to respond: the form cannot submit without them. No automated decisions producing legal effects on visitors are made.
Providers and external links
The site is published using Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure; enquiries are delivered to info@vrdrdesign.com through Google Workspace. Providers may process technical or email data to deliver their services, including outside the European Economic Area under their applicable agreements and safeguards. Social links open external sites with their own notices; no social network is embedded in the page.
Retention
Enquiries are kept in the business mailbox for as long as needed to handle them. Any subsequent relationship and applicable obligations may require further retention. Device-storage durations are listed in “Cookie preferences”; see provider information for infrastructure data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing by writing to info@vrdrdesign.com. You may withdraw optional preferences without affecting previous processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data-protection authority, the Garante.
This notice covers the presentation site and the contact form. Future products or services will provide their own information before activation.
